Job Summary
This position creates updates and maintains plant TLE (Training, Learning & Education) programs and documentation in accordance with Unilever/JIPM Training standards and the site program, including but not limited to:
Maintenance of site training calendar, layer-by-layer matrix, OPL database and systems, TLE pillar documentation, KPI data and scorecards, Site Document storage, Computer Based Training system administration, Training library and Alchemy database. In addition, this position provides stewardship of all TLE facilities, equipment and Kaizen gyms. This individual is responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate completion of all training documentation, TLE pillar boards, self-assessments, and preparation for TPM and training audits. Included in this role is monitoring completion of training against the site training calendar. This individual will work with site TPM Office, TPM Pillars, and business units to develop world class training modules. Promotion of TPM is an important part of this position. This position will maintain effective communications and network with corporate TLE, skill block, and TPM personnel. This individual will be responsible for developing and sustaining a Plant wide proactive approach to all aspects of TLE. Some travel may be required. Job will require flexibility to work any shift as needed to support TLE activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain all TLE databases and systems including but not limited to: OPL, skill competency, pillar boards, and layer by layer matrix
Manage, maintain and track employee training, maintain training files
Manage and build the Training Library including Kaizen Gyms
Core member of the TLE Pillar Team. Represent TLE Pillar at TPM meetings
Facilitation and delivery of training and communication
Coordinate TLE efforts with training coordinators, TPM & others to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency
Analyze & integrate various data streams into meaningful tools for measuring results & identifying challenges.
Demonstrate, promote and develop World Class Training methodologies and practices.

Key Requirements
BS or Associates degree or equal 4 years Manufacturing or Training experience with interest in pursuing TLE development. TPM White/Black Cap helpful must have excellent computer and analytical skills. Utilize computer software (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) to analyze, document and communicate task details.
