Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
Responsibilities Communicate with 1st shift supervisor to ensure production goals are understood and equipment status is updated.
Set objectives and communicate them to employees Oversee employees by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance Monitor performance and efficiency of employees Train new employees on the safe use of machinery and to follow procedures Enforce safety guidelines and company standards Requirements Proven experience as a Lead Person or similar role Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools Skilled in MS Office Organizational and leadership abilities Self-motivated with problem-solving skills High School Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage This position requires a high level of responsibility and leadership.
The Lead Person will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility.
